During most of my four years at Microsoft, my focus has revolved around designing experiences for Frontline Workers. FLWs constitute the 80% of the global workforce, work in shifts, don't sit behind a desk, have direct customer interactions, and often perform manual tasks which keep their hands busy.

My role in Modern Work Transformation before and in Microsoft Teams for Frontline after, involved researching this industry, envisioning new features for leading companies in this market, and designing solutions for frontline users in Teams across Retail, Healthcare and Manufacturing.
